New discounted self-build product launched at Ipswich

Ipswich Building Society has announced that it has launched a new two-year discount mortgage product available up to 80% LTV at 4.10% for new builds, conversions and those undertaking a knock down and rebuild project. Over half of Northern landlords experienced a void period in the last quarter

New data and analysis from the UK Association of Letting Agents has revealed that more landlords with property in the North of England experienced a void period in the past three months than in any other UK region. NatWest announce rate rise for BTL and residential products

NatWest has announced that from today it is increasing rates across its core and semi-exclusive ranges of residential and buy-to-let purchase mortgages and remortgages. New property listings up 43% year on year

New data released by online estate agents, HouseSimple.com, has revealed that despite the typically British start to spring, new property listings still saw a 43.3% increase when compared to March 2017. Comparing like-for-like, HouseSimple figures reveal that across 100 major UK towns and cities, 67,931 new properties were marketed by estate agents in March 2018, compared to just 47,413 in March 2017, the month when Theresa May triggered Article 50.
